Analysis

Washington marks the true launch of the US Open Series tour. The tournament has evolved a lot in recent years, with courts that are noticeably faster, making Washington a very offensive event.

The first Masters 1000 of the US tour, this tournament has a unique feature: it alternates each year between Montreal and Toronto for the men.

Cincinnati is historically one of the fastest Masters 1000 events on the circuit, serving as a dress rehearsal before the US Open.
